I’m going to tell you a little story from one of the tribes in the North West of the United States. The story is from oral memory, and although it has been written down in a book or two, it is not very well known to the majority of the world’s population.
That's a very interesting story the elders tell about the Sasquatch not taking souls when they were offered them. i'm wondering if it also could have something to do with the Tower of Babel event, which is recorded not only in the Bible, but also in many indigenous civilization's oral histories ? After this event, humans lost the ability to both communicate with each other telepathically, as well as with their own body. Humans needed to then develop mental-based, spoken languages which had to be learned rather then being automatically inherent. But it also led to the development of our brain, specifically the specialization of the left hemisphere for logical thinking, something we would not have developed if we had continued to use only our intuitive, body-oriented abilities.
It seems to me that although we share the same human form, aka Body Elemental, with the Sasquatch, our soul connection somehow overrides this more basic, Elemental connection. The UFO investigator, Raymond Fowler, who did the long-term investigation of Betty Andreasson/Luca's interaction with the Watchers, also believes it is this human form that we share, and which can be considered the "seed" of both humans and Sasquatch (like a seed of a plant which possesses the inherent sacred geometry (Elemental form) to grow a new plant).
The DNA molecule cannot be all that is required to create a living being, since an Elemental form/ 3D structure is also necessary for the DNA information to actualize into, which for humans, some call the "human form." And it is this human form that we also share with the Sasquatch. This 'kinship of form' could also be why many people tend to react so strongly when they enter Sasquatch territory, manifesting as what i call 'plausible poltergeist phenomena' -- creating only plausible sounds for what the person's mind believes are physical objects being thrown around at night, w/o anything actually physically happening.
It is also interesting that Carlos Castaneda lost his human form, as a prerequisite for entering Toltec shamanic existence as a highly efficient Elemental being, thereby retaining continuity of his individual awareness after death, rather than re-incarnating and losing it. This begs the question of whether Sasquatch re-incarnate after they die (since they have no soul like humans have to facilitate this), or if they, like the Toltecs, just enter non-physical existence (and maybe later re-create a new physical body using the 'human form' as a template for it) ? Considering too, that Sasquatch are known to be able to enter and exit dimensional portals and also appear to humans as interdimensional beings having no physical aspect to them, perhaps the target the Toltecs had of becoming inorganic (Elemental) beings, is already an existential reality for them, and thus they have no need for a soul connection and re-incarnation of their physical body. Being interdimensional by nature, they would have continuity of awareness even w/out an immortal physical body.
Certainly a soul connection is a means of maintaining direction in our human lives, by our Higher Self being able to provide guidance (but only if our personality is first able to make the connection to the Higher Self). Also past-life karma, as well as soul agreements made between lives, come into play through this soul connection. So is the soul connection like a control mechanism over us, or is it a means of evolution, one the Sasquatch aren't engaged in ? Yet the Sasquatch remain as teachers to us -- of the essential heart-connection and full body presence -- something we have lost on our evolutionary path of freedom of the Self, one made possible by our soul connection serving as an instant reset function (i.e. being able to re-incarnate and continue on in a new body with a new personality).
i've been reading Kewaunee (Jack) Lapseritis' amazing books about the Sasquatch and his own connections with them. Much of what he writes reiterates what the Native elders and Todd Standing relate. But besides the Sasquatch, Kewaunee also writes about the related "Ancient Ones" who have hair-free faces, and who sometimes communicate by simple printing.
This is one printed communication he includes in one of his books, that he received in 2004 from the Ancient One named Haloti:
Some say men want to kill us
We are people
Not Elohim
Not Neflihim
Not evil spirit
We are First People
Seed of Adam
Not of Cain
Learn good the old ways
Time is short
Soon come last war
We all will be safe in woods

My possible interpretation:
We are people (meaning humans and Sasquatch are basically alike in their fundamental nature)
Not Elohim (they are not 'Els' like the archangels)
Not Neflihim (aka Nephilim) (they are not progeny of the Watchers who were giants since they had a different Elemental form)
We are First People (first to be inspirited with the 'human form,' humans receiving it later.)
Seed of Adam (Sasquatch have the same human form that humans have.)
Not of Cain (So even though both Cain and Abel were genetic sons of Adam and Eve, Cain did not have the same Elemental form that his parents, Adam and Eve, and his brother, Abel, all had. Having this different Elemental form, was responsible for Cain's extreme jealousy and aggressiveness (i.e. he killed his brother, Abel) which is the fundamental message of that story in the Old Testament.)
The Bible does contain a lot of basic truth about what makes us who we are, only the Christian version was overlaid later by this huge amount of attribution of guilt for being who we are (i.e. "original sin"). So it should be read "between the lines" to regain the actual truth.
